Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campus Educational Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive support to staff and families, monitoring day-to-day operations, and working towards set KPIs of occupancy, family satisfaction, staff satisfaction, and debtors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance to staff and families by conducting thorough assessments of operational performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as an advocate for family needs, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of staff and provide constructive feedback to assist in the identification of potential improvements aligned with our Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Take ownership of the campus, successfully managing staff, maintaining positive relationships with families, and driving growth through occupancy, family satisfaction, and staff satisfaction.
  • Develop strong partnerships with families and the Woodland Team, fostering empathy and trust through effective communication.
  • Lead by example, promoting a collaborative team environment that supports one another to achieve decentralisation goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with our range of processes and systems, providing valuable feedback and developing a comprehensive understanding of our software.
  • Effectively utilise technology such as Hubspot, Calendy, Xplor Office and Playground, Slack, and more to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
  • Working with Children Check (WCC)
  • Australia Work Authorisation
