**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Campus Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of students and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all dimensions of the Junior Campus, ensuring high standards in education, wellbeing, and operational effectiveness in alignment with Department of Education requirements.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead day-to-day operations of the Junior Campus: manage staff, students, and daily routines such as bulletins, yard duty rosters, timetables, and campus assemblies.
- Ensure compliance and safety via oversight of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Emergency Management Plans (EMP).
- Drive implementation of improvement initiatives aligned with the School Strategic Plan (SSP), Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), and broader school priorities.

 

**Requirements:
