This leadership position is an ideal opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of daily operations and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.
About The Leadership RoleAs the Director, you'll work closely with other leaders to ensure compliance and safety across all aspects of campus operations, lead your floor team, and build trusted, respectful relationships with families & children.
You Will Play a Key Role In:- Supporting and mentoring educators to reach their full potential
- Ensuring compliance and safety across all aspects of campus operations
- Building trusted, respectful relationships with families & children
- Contributing to a culture of learning, care, and inclusion
- Driving continuous improvement in line with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Prioritizing child safety in everything you do, every day.
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
- At least 2–3 years' experience in a like-leadership role
- Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and Child Safe Standards
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
- A proactive, supportive, and team-focused leadership style
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
