Global Portfolio Solutions Manager

The Global Head of Portfolio Solutions Operations will lead teams across multiple locations, including Sydney, Boston, India, the UK, and Poland.
This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) - Global Head of Markets Operations and is responsible for leading teams in various business lines, including Client Onboarding, Data Maintenance, Operational Support for Financing Solutions, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, Treasury, Portfolio Solutions, Regulatory Reporting, Business Optimization, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead teams in a Markets business with hands-on experience in Operational and Regional Management.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of how a banking operations team functions, with knowledge of all allied functions, both upstream and downstream.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
