Global Head Of Portfolio Solutions Operations, Managing Director
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Portfolio Solutions Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations and experience in managing teams across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product expansion initiatives, establishing operating models to support the business, and overseeing IT activities related to Portfolio Solutions.
Additionally, the candidate will manage regulatory, reputational, and operational risk events, supervise approximately 30 FTEs across 6 locations, and oversee third-party vendor support.
- Support the Portfolio Solutions business, including trade booking and settlement for equity and fixed income transactions globally.
- Lead product expansion initiatives and establish operating models to support the business.
- Oversee IT activities related to Portfolio Solutions using global staff and budgets.
- Manage regulatory, reputational, and operational risk events.
- Supervise approximately 30 FTEs across 6 locations, focusing on staff engagement and retention.
- Oversee third-party vendor support, ensuring adherence to scope of work and risk management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 20 years of experience in Banking Operations within a large multinational bank.
- Experience in regulatory reporting is a plus.
- Strong risk management and control focus.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.
