Global Head of Portfolio Solutions Leadership

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Portfolio Solutions Operations team globally, overseeing teams and driving business growth.
- Support the Portfolio Solutions business across Sales Trading, Partnered Trading, and Transition Management.
- Develop strategic product expansion initiatives and establish effective operating models to drive business success.
- Oversee IT activities using global resources and expertise.
- Manage regulatory, reputational, and operational risk events effectively.
- Lead a team of ~30 FTEs across 6 locations, focusing on staff engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Technology and other functions to deliver process improvements and a best-in-class end-to-end workflow solution.
Requirements
- At least 20 years of Banking Operations experience in a large multi-national bank.
- Regulatory reporting experience is highly desirable.
- A strong focus on risk management and control.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
