Financial Lines Claims ExpertiseThis position involves handling complex financial lines claims, focusing on client advocacy. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage specialist financial lines claims with expertise in policy coverage and interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality technical advice and support to clients throughout the claims process.
- Offer expert guidance on policy coverage and interpretation, advocating for clients in relation to insurer indemnity denials.
- Manage moderate to complex claims according to established company processes and client service agreements.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims, preferably in financial lines.
- Strong legal knowledge and qualifications, such as a Law Degree or ANZIIF certification, are advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and their representatives.
