Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Westgate Resorts. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities and events that enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver a diverse range of activities for both adults and children, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute special events, such as theme nights and holiday celebrations.
  • Develop and propose ongoing activity ideas to enrich the guest experience and promote repeat business.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of guest participation and activity attendance.
  • Ensure the Activities Center is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management and perform duties equivalent to an Activities Attendant when required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in activities/recreation, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the role.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver's License to drive company golf carts.
