Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote Preparation: Prepare and manage quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Process purchase orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods to site.
  • Customer Order Management: Prepare and expedite customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Contribute to project planning activities, ensuring project schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Quote Requests and Negotiations: Manage quote requests and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for Vendito.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and costs, identifying and mitigating any potential risks.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong Excel and Word skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Possess professional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
