Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Lawyer to provide strategic legal advice and services across ICT, digital and commercial areas.

This role involves working collaboratively with other lawyers, drafting documents and agreements, and supporting commercial negotiations.

About the Role
  • Provide specialist legal advice and services on ICT, digital and commercial matters.
  • Support commercial negotiations to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft documents and agreements, including software acquisition/licensing, product development and intellectual property.
  • Interpret and distil complex legal issues for preparation of documents and contractual documentation.
About Our Team

The team supports a range of portfolio business clients, including digital identity and verifiable credentials, and cybersecurity and privacy frameworks.

Key Qualifications and Requirements
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW and eligible to hold a current practising certificate as a solicitor.
  • Proven stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication capability.
  • Strong analytical ability, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-focused team player with adaptability and independence in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor of Laws or equivalent; minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in Digital & Technology, Corporate & Commercial, IP or Privacy law.
