We are seeking a Digital Lawyer who will provide legal advice on diverse areas including ICT and digital strategies, cloud service delivery, cybersecurity, government platforms, digital transformation initiatives, artificial intelligence, and data access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic, pragmatic, and focused specialist legal advice and services across ICT, digital, and commercial areas
  • Support commercial negotiations to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Draft documents and agreements for software acquisition/licensing, product development, and intellectual property in information technology and digital transformation
Requirements:
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales
  • Hold or be eligible to hold a current practising certificate as a solicitor
  • Proven stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills
About You:
  • A client-focused team player who can adapt to change and manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in digital law, corporate law, intellectual property law, privacy law, or similar areas
