Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to our internal customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations.

The Role

  • Providing first-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
  • Resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks and affiliated devices
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to meet business requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Cert IV or above in an I.T. qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results
