Global Infrastructure Support Specialist

This is a pivotal role for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at providing comprehensive support to global data centers.

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in designing, planning, delivering, and operating global infrastructure. As a Global Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for offering full life-cycle support to our global data centers from design inception through site improvement and maintenance.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical advice in your region, collaborating closely with diverse teams to design and equip new data centers, troubleshoot site/equipment failures, and address operational issues.

A successful candidate will own conceptual designs for existing data center upgrades and develop innovative solutions for data centers. They will also work on concurrent projects across multiple geographical regions and act as the resident engineer during new construction projects.

Additionally, you will support construction, commissioning, and turnover processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with industrial or commercial engineering in mission-critical facilities including but not limited to data centers, power generation, and oil/gas facilities.
