General Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our Northern Territory operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective management and leadership of our marine and bus operations, sales and marketing, fleet maintenance, people leadership, financial management, strategy and business growth, risk and safety management, and customer and corporate support.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management experience, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. You will be commercially astute, with a deep understanding of the tourism and transport industry, and be able to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

- Extensive leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of success
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with others
- Experience in managing a commercial business, with a focus on financial management and strategic planning
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in crisis management and risk assessment
- Sound knowledge of the political processes that may impact the business
- Experience in dealing with the media
- Previous knowledge and experience in managing a business with a strong focus on safety and risk
Experience in the tourism industry will be highly regarded.
