General Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our Northern Territory operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective management and leadership of our marine and bus operations, sales and marketing, fleet maintenance, people leadership, financial management, strategy and business growth, risk and safety management, and customer and corporate support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the performance of the business, ensuring strong financial management and strategic planning.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies, leveraging your commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Manage risk and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee the development and implementation of business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in leadership and management, with a strong commercial background and experience in managing a commercial business. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with others. Additionally, you will have a sound knowledge of the political processes that may impact the business and experience in dealing with the media.
