Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee recruitment, selection and orientation of new staff.

This role requires excellent communication skills, planning and organisation, as well as attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance within the disability, aged care or community health sectors.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Planning, organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience or high-level awareness of compliance within the disability, aged care or community health sectors
  • Confident in use of Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly
  • Problem solving with a CAN-DO attitude
  • Previous customer service coordination experience in the health/aged care, not for profit, community services sector desirable

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding process
  • Ensure employees remain compliant with necessary checks and qualifications
  • Provide support and training to staff
  • Collaborate with Franchise Manager on employee-related matters
  • Perform other duties as required
