Job Title

This is a six months non-ongoing opportunity at the APS6 level where you will be working on the full spectrum of financial operations including:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Pay runs
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit Card management
  • Corporate travel management

You'll be supervising a team of staff, delegating work, providing quality assurance, acting as the escalation point for complex/challenging work, and also managing the performance and progression of staff.

The department is looking to engage you via an S26 transfer if you are already in the APS, or as a labour hire contractor.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Tech One
  • Ideally experience of working in the APS
  • High performing APS5 or APS6 looking for a change
  • Australian Citizen
  • Willig to go through a security clearance process
About This Opportunity

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills. As a supervisor, you will oversee a team and ensure they meet their targets.

We are seeking someone who has experience in financial operations and can hit the ground running.

As this is a non-ongoing position, we are open to candidates looking for a short-term engagement.
