- Adhere to safety protocols to safeguard yourself, colleagues, and residents, following all policies and procedures.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors.
- Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support or similar qualification.
- Ability to establish professional relationships with residents and their families.
- Reliability and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs.
- Willingsness to apply for required clearances.
