We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care while supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
- Providing high-quality nursing care in line with AHPRA professional standards
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans
- Leading and mentoring care teams to ensure best-practice care
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and health professionals
- Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and aged care standards
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in aged care (preferable)
- Strong clinical skills and a person-centred approach to care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work across different shifts as required
