Leading a team of skilled professionals, you will oversee the creation and installation of home modifications for clients across South Australia.

As a trusted supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects, managing site visits with clients and occupational therapists to discuss scope of works.

You will also be responsible for writing detailed reports outlining the scope of works for major modifications, including bathrooms, ramps, and doorway widenings.

Additionally, you will draw basic diagrams of bathrooms and ramps for quoting purposes and arrange quotes from subcontractors for major modifications.

Effective coordination, control, and supervision of all site work are essential in this role, as is ensuring total compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Inspecting the progression of works to ensure quality standards are met and dealing with client complaints related to works are also critical aspects of this position.

Documenting all aspects of work is vital for maintaining accurate records and supporting future project planning.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

A valid SA building license, unrestricted driving license, and strong English language skills are mandatory for this position.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in refurbishments and alterations, along with team leader or manager experience in the building trade.
