Building Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Manager to lead our home modification team. With 25 years of experience in providing innovative products and services, we continue to enhance our clients' independence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting site visits with clients and occupational therapists to discuss project details
  • Developing scope of work documents for major modifications
  • Creating quotes from subcontractors and preparing client proposals
  • Coordinating and overseeing site work to ensure quality standards
  • Evaluating project progression and addressing client concerns

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5-10 years of experience in refurbishments and alterations
