Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a friendly and efficient customer service professional to provide fast and personalized support to customers in a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a timely and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Rotate stock to maintain an organized workspace and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety practices at all times
  • Assist the broader team as required, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Experience in high-volume, quick-service restaurants or similar environments
  • Current RSA certificate is highly desirable, but not essential for this role
  • Previous Barista experience is advantageous, particularly if accompanied by relevant qualifications
  • Punctuality and reliability are crucial for success in this position
