Job Title: Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Service Ambassador. As the primary point of contact for our customers, this person will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and repair requests in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy and data entry experience, as well as excellent communication and follow-up skills. They will also possess a strong work ethic and be dedicated to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer enquiries and repair requests via phone or email.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Accurately record and document all customer interactions and repairs completed.
