Job Description:

We are seeking a casual Food Court Waitperson to join our team. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and assisting with front of house catering operations across our food outlets.

Daily Activities:

  • Providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests
  • Assisting with clearing and cleaning of tables
  • Operating and balancing of tills
  • Assisting with food preparation
  • Barista duties
  • Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed

This position requires availability to work on Friday nights, weekends, and good availability through the week. Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday, and school holiday periods, availability during seasonal peaks is essential.

Traineeship Opportunity: Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.

Requirements:

You are someone who can work under pressure while ensuring high standards are met. Previous experience in a café or fast food environment is ideal. You will have good work ethics, ability to work in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service skills and problem solving ability.
