Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced maintenance management professional to support our Production Manager with all maintenance activities on contracted defence platforms.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of Subcontractors and Coordinators in delivering high-quality maintenance services
  • Initiate process improvements to ensure quality assurance for production

This 5-month fixed-term position is based at Garden Island in Sydney, NSW.

About You:

  • Australian Citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
  • A current AU Drivers Licence is also necessary

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a large marine engineering or construction project environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Production Manager with maintenance activities
  2. Lead the team in delivering maintenance services
  3. Initiate process improvements to enhance quality assurance
