We are seeking an experienced leader to drive operational excellence, foster a positive workplace culture, and uphold our trusted reputation.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in aircraft engineering and maintenance facilities, preferably leading a CASA Part 145 organization.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex operations and leading strategic initiatives.
  • CASA 'Fit and Proper Person' criteria and necessary qualifications for Key Personnel Airworthiness responsibilities under CAR 30 and Part 145.
  • Deep knowledge of aviation safety standards relevant to CAR 30, Part 42, and Part 145.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to model and promote company values.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Drive employee engagement and cultural transformation, defining clear roles and accountabilities within the department.
  • Support professional development and performance management, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategy aligned with our mission, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety management systems and legislation.
Strategic Oversight
  • Manage resources and budgets effectively, leading process improvement initiatives and overseeing audits and surveillance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Oversee maintenance planning and execution, ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with Civil Aviation Regulations.
