  • To provide ongoing support and assistance to job seekers once they are employed
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities for the organization
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disability, injury, or health condition
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and employers
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Confidence to communicate effectively with local employers and businesses
  • Goal-focused approach to achieving targets and outcomes
  • Ability to look for solutions and overcome objections
  • Empathy and resilience when working with vulnerable individuals
  • Able to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check
