About the position:

Our client is looking for an ambitious Employment Lawyer with 3–6 years PAE who is ready to elevate their career in a high-performing team that values development, autonomy, and long-term growth.

In this role, you'll work closely with respected senior practitioners across a range of public and private sector matters, including:

- Unfair dismissals and general protections claims
- Workplace investigations and disputes
- Discrimination and bullying matters
- Enterprise agreements and industrial relations strategy
- Contractual issues involving executives and senior employees

You will be encouraged to manage your own files while receiving guidance and mentoring that supports career progression. For lawyers looking to step up—whether toward senior associate or beyond—this is a platform that rewards initiative, legal acumen, and relationship building.

Key Requirements:

- 3–6 years PAE in employment law or closely related litigation
- Admitted in QLD (or eligible for admission)
- Confident in client advocacy, negotiations, and appearances
- Skilled in drafting legal documents and advising on complex issues
- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative culture
- An existing network or referrals will be highly regarded
- Accredited Specialist or desire to become one is a plus
