As a senior payroll operations professional, you will be responsible for delivering quality service to payroll teams while meeting legislative and strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Foster a positive and supportive workplace culture by increasing capacity to provide leadership and guidance around IR legislation and Certified Agreement (CA) requirement interpretation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's objectives, ensuring HR Operations support and enhance overall business goals.
  • Lead and optimize aspects of payroll operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management compliance. Engage with stakeholders as a regular point of contact for Payroll and Establishment.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, mentoring, and fostering professional growth and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to effectively and efficiently enhance processes to maintain alignment with organisational objectives, while ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations.

This role is critical to maintaining excellent relationships between employees, management, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth payroll processes, and driving business outcomes through effective HR Operations.
