We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our organisation.

The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape the payroll team, manage the overall function, and implement new processes to enhance efficiency throughout the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising, motivating, and leading the payroll team from an operational perspective
  • Ensuring payroll compliance relating to all statutory obligations, including tax, superannuation, and modern awards
  • Acting as the point of contact for any escalated payroll queries
  • Working with the Senior Finance & HR Team to deliver required reporting
  • Implementing continuous improvement activities and ensuring their success where possible

Key experience includes:

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully processing end-to-end payrolls
  • Successful and proven experience in managing a team
