About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our ERP Implementation Program team within the Group Finance function. As an ERP Implementation Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital future and simplifying, automating, modernising and improving our ways of working globally.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex projects based on defined needs and project objectives. You will be responsible for planning, managing and directing projects using industry best practices and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project plans, charters and schedules
  • Developing and maintaining integrated delivery plans
  • Tracking project milestones and reporting on overall progress
  • Applying management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to deliver desired results
  • Executing project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to end-to-end project methodology compliance standards

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business sponsors and stakeholders to define success metrics and criteria. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with diverse groups.

With a focus on delivering sustainable value, you will be accountable for accurate and timely data quality in relevant information systems. Your expertise in risk and quality management, stakeholder management and team leadership will enable you to drive successful project outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Project Management qualification (PMI, PRINCE2, Diploma/Certificate in PM or equivalent)
  • Advanced application of competencies in complex, dynamic situations
  • Detailed knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and templates
  • Sound leadership and people skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps and Microsoft Planner
