Digital Transformation Project Manager

Rio Tinto is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our ERP Implementation Program team. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, which will modernize how we operate globally.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects, with a focus on ERP implementation. They will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This is a permanent position working directly for Rio Tinto, with a competitive base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus annual incentive program and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:
The ERP Implementation Program team is responsible for the global implementation of our new ERP platform, which will replace our current outdated technology. The team will work closely with each of the Product Group's (PGs) and Functions to modernise how we operate in the system. This is not a technology-led program, but rather a business-led initiative to simplify, automate, and improve our ways of working globally.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile methodologies, and experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation
- A strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Planner
