Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external and internal clients, resolving queries and supporting customers through the background checking process.
About the Role:
- Provide superior customer service to ensure every contact feels valued.
- Resolve client and candidate queries and support them through the background checking process.
- Exercise judgement and reasoning abilities to solve problems and take ownership of correspondence when necessary.
- Answer incoming calls, emails and enquiries, explaining and assisting with the background checking process and results to clients or candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to resolve their queries.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Sound communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm to learn new things.
