Estimating Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead our tender process for projects.

About the Role
  • Review construction plans, drawings and specifications to ensure scope and pricing accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed pricing schedules for tender submissions using MS Projects.
  • Develop and manage minor earthworks and FRP scopes within estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure tender qualification accuracy.
About You
  • Have at least 25 years of experience in civil construction estimating.
  • Proven ability to manage the full tender lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software.
  • Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and communication skills.
