**Veterinary Reception Role**
Are you a customer-focused and highly skilled individual looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a veterinary receptionist to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional service to clients and their pets over the phone and face-to-face
- Welcome and greet clients and their pets at the clinic
- Manage appointments for clinical staff effectively
- Liaise with veterinarians and vet nurses to ensure efficient daily scheduling
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Maintain a neat and tidy reception area and waiting space
- Sell products and services that benefit clients and their pets
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role is essential
- Full time or part time availability, flexible hours and days considered
- Vet clinic or animal care industry knowledge advantageous but not required - a genuine passion for helping clients and strong communication skills matter most
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Competent with computers, EFTPOS and basic banking systems
- Comfortable working independently and contributing to a positive team environment
- Positive and can-do mindset
