Key Responsibilities:

The Programme Manager role involves developing and implementing activities aligned with the organisation's pillars of clinical care, research, education, and advocacy.



  • Maintain and develop an impactful research portfolio ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Build and execute programme priorities aligning activities with organisational objectives.
  • Advocate for the programme establishing key relationships to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Oversee programme finances supervise staff and manage budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on fundraising strategies and applications.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the programme ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Raise programme awareness and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Oversee project design execution analysis and budgeting.


Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will require a tertiary qualification in science health care or a related field postgraduate qualifications and experience in managing busy research and/or clinical services. Additionally you should have research development and/or clinical trials conduct experience evaluation and assistance with research or clinical project development prior experience and/or knowledge of developing health literacy resources sound people management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
