We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Device Care Centre Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Device Care Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of customer devices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough diagnostics and quality control on mobile phones and other devices to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Utilize our systems to data wipe mobile phones and other devices, ensuring customer data is protected.
- Work collaboratively with the wider DCC Team to ensure SLAs, KPIs, and deadlines are met.
- Participate in monthly audits to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Provide feedback to Team Leaders on any issues or delays on the DCC floor for timely resolution.
- Prepare shipments for outbound and ensure accurate labelling, documentation, and verification of processing services.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in an admin environment would be advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and maintain high standards while maximizing productivity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and processes.
