About the Role

The Repair Team at Assurant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the repair and restoration of mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Device Repair:

  • Perform minor mobile phone and tablet repairs, ensuring all work is completed to the company's quality standards.
  • Receive comprehensive training to develop skills in various types of repairs, from basic fixes to more complex tasks.

Faulty Device Categorization:

  • Accurately categorize faulty devices based on the company's standards and guidelines.
  • Document and report any defects or issues identified during the repair process.

Quality Assurance:

  • Follow all quality assurance protocols to ensure that repairs meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Conduct final inspections of repaired devices to ensure they are fully functional and defects-free.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-site training will be provided.
