The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory systems and ensuring full compliance to product specifications and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality culture across the site, investigating customer complaints, and maintaining laboratory staff training compliance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing laboratory systems and GLP standards
  • Monitoring product compliance and investigating non-conformances
  • Liaising with departments to ensure optimum plant performance
  • Maintaining laboratory staff training compliance
  • Organising and facilitating laboratory programs

We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong track record of managing small to medium teams. Excellent communication skills, a good knowledge of safety and quality standards, and experience with SAP and Intelex are essential.
