Job Summary:

Ventia is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our construction team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet the highest quality standards by monitoring construction activities, inspecting installations, and verifying adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Ensure Build and Acceptance teams are up-to-date and monitor compliance on all applicable technical build standard, client variations, building code changes
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to quality and acceptance team members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation, ensuring a high-performing and cohesive team environment
  • Establish and document acceptance criteria for Wireless technical builds, including network configurations and equipment installations, ensuring they meet client project requirements and regulatory standards
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections of construction activities, including tower installations and equipment installations, to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to design requirements
  • Perform quality control checks on materials, equipment, and workmanship to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and potential safety hazards, and take corrective actions as necessary

About You:

  • Previous experience in Telecommunications mobile wireless sector is essential
  • Experience with carrier client acceptance processes in the mobile wireless sector is essential
  • A background in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
  • Ability to conduct training on quality control processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated auditing skills
  • Sound organisational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
