We're looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability, scalability, and innovation in our IT infrastructure. As part of our Platform Operations team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support our IT and business strategy.

  • You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to understand strategy to define the roadmap for delivery.
  • Execution on delivery will be key to this role, and we expect you to be passionate about Service Management – Incident Management, Problem Management, BCP.
  • You'll also contribute to the strategy of a Product – PagerDuty, Cloud solution, and create documentation to keep it current.
  • As a technical leader, you'll use engineering principles, coding, and automation to build resilient and self-healing systems.
  • Additionally, you'll mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the SRE and DevOps community.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering and a keen mindset to IT Operations, Systems reliability, versioning, and DevOps.

  • You should have experience with public cloud provisioning using IaC such as Bicep (ARM), Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK.
  • Proven technical experience in managing complex distributed systems with API design and integration is also required.
