Heavy Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and experience managing high-volume maintenance activities.

  • This role involves supervising day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinating the execution of scheduled maintenance and breakdowns, and providing clear direction and support to maintenance crews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment is running safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with maintenance crews to resolve breakdowns and complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Provide guidance and training to ensure crew members have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with heavy mobile equipment, preferably including haul trucks, dozers, graders, and excavators.
  • Proven experience managing teams through high-volume maintenance activities.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and asset management systems.
