Mobile Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to work on our mobile maintenance equipment, ensuring timely repairs and minimizing downtime.

  • Plan and schedule maintenance for mobile equipment to maximize production and reduce costs.
  • Develop effective maintenance plans to optimize repair schedules and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records in the CMMS system.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and customers to ensure smooth workflow and minimize delays.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Automotive or Engineering Trade Certification is an advantage.
  • 5 years' experience in mobile equipment maintenance with a strong focus on planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to influence key metrics such as Labour utilization and Efficiency performance measures.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate computer literacy skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with ERP or Maintenance Planning Systems (CMMS).
  • Good understanding of Caterpillar SIS system and dealer parts and service process.
