Job Title: Senior Program Director

Seven Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Program Director to join our delivery practice on a full-time basis. As a Senior Program Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing large technology-based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality.
  • Working collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success.
  • Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications, strong stakeholder management and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines.
  • Managing projects and programs using waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Track record of successfully managing multi-$100M or multiple $100M+ programs for blue-chip clients.
  • Consistently reported at C-Level consulting level capability on core delivery elements.
  • Strong references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • High energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround success.
  • Natural team-building skills, having managed 100+ staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships.
  • Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile, and hybrid techniques.
