The Senior Communications Manager, Content & Channels is a key role within the Communications team at Australia Post. This position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that drives engagement and supports business objectives
  • Manage the creation and distribution of content across various channels, including digital and internal communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders and business unit teams
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Communications team on content-related initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and communications

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced communications professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing and communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or a related field
  • Proven experience in content marketing and communications, with a focus on digital channels
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and its role in supporting business objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
