About the Role

Are you a strategic communications expert looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our Corporate Affairs team at REA Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic internal communications plans to engage and inform employees about company initiatives and goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to craft compelling messages and communications strategies.
  • Design and deliver quarterly internal results briefings, town halls, and annual strategy briefings to ensure employees are informed and aligned with company objectives.
  • Measure the impact of internal communication initiatives and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
