We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Work Integrated Learning Officer to join our team at RMIT University.

Job DescriptionThe Work Integrated Learning Officer will be responsible for providing academic and student support for Work Integrated Learning and Professional Health Placements in the STEM College. The successful candidate will carry out regular monitoring of WIL programs, respond to student queries, communicate with relevant professionals in industry, liaise with Academic staff, and maintain relevant University databases.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is approximately AU$73,000 - AU$94,999 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, use initiative, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a demanding high-volume environment
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures with limited supervision
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex rules and handle sensitive matters
