About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced STEM Educator to join our team at Swinburne University of Technology. This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31 December 2025, based at our Wantirna campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • To design and implement innovative STEM-based programs aligned to the Victorian Curriculum and the Principles of Learning and Teaching P-12.
  • To work with colleagues to explore current and emerging technologies to develop engaging teaching and learning resources.
  • To develop constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to continuously improve the student experience of KIOSC.
  • To evaluate and refine programs based on feedback and data.
About You
  • You will have demonstrated high-level digital skills and a passion for education.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide advice and support to staff, students, and stakeholders.
  • You will hold a Teacher Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching or have a minimum of 5 years' experience and AQF5+ Teaching Qualification.
  • You will have a relevant degree or vocational qualification and be eligible for VIT registration.
