About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer. As a key member of the STEM College, you will provide academic and student support for WIL and Professional Health Placements.

As a WIL Officer, your primary responsibility will be to monitor WIL programs, respond to student queries, communicate with industry professionals, liaise with academic staff, and maintain relevant University databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor WIL programs to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and stakeholders
  • Liaise with industry professionals to facilitate placements and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records and data in University databases
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex rules and handle sensitive matters
