Our organization is committed to innovation and collaboration. We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to play a critical role in financial reporting.

About The Opportunity

This position will support the finance function with key responsibilities including:

  1. Leading month-end close activities, reconciliations, and fixed asset management
  2. Managing lease accounting, prepayments, and capitalized software development costs
  3. Supporting statutory financial statement preparation and audits
  4. Collaborating on sales commissions, consultant payments, and contract reporting
  5. Developing and maintaining accounting policies in line with standards
  6. Preparing management reports with financial insights for leadership
Ideal Profile
  • CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years industry experience
  • Experience in external reporting for ASX-listed companies and strong understanding of accounting standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-departmental relationships
  • Proactive, adaptable team player capable of working independently
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is beneficial
